Commercial Membership and Renewal Application

INSTRUCTIONS: Please review the below information and provide the information requested. Upon completion your form will be submitted and you will be redirected to a confirmation page.

* Membership is open to any female 18 years of age or older and who supports the Mission Statement of Women in Leather International

* Membership in Women in Leather International is confidential. Member’s names will not be released other than to the officers of Women in Leather International without the member’s written consent.

* Associate Membership is open to any male 18 years and older who supports Women In Leather International. Member’s names will not be released other than to the officers of Women in Leather International without the member’s written consent.

*$10.00 full membership $5.00 associate membership $25.00 business or commercial.

*Payment goes through PayPal and must be confirmed before you recieve your membership card. Contact masterces@sbcglobal.net if you are having problems or if you do not recieve your card in 30 days after applying. Membership runs from August 31st to September 1st and must be renewed by no later than September 30th.
